Dr. Henry Gatyanga Mwebesa has experience spanning 31 years in the health sector. He has grown on merit and performance through all the ranks in the Ministry of Health from a Medical Practitioner in a General hospital, through all the Health Management positions in the Ministry of Health to the highest rank of Director General Health Services, a position he currently holds.

Diana Kanzira Atwine, also Diana Atwiine, is a Ugandan medical doctor and civil servant. She is the incumbent Permanent Secretary of the Uganda Ministry of Health. She was appointed to that position on 4 November 2016 by Yoweri Museveni, the president of Uganda.

Is a Ugandan pediatrician and politician. She is the Minister of Health in the Cabinet of Uganda. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. Before that, from June 2011 until June 2016, she served as the Director General of Medical Services in the Ugandan Ministry of Health.
